SMS Hindenburg, 1917, battlecruiser of the Derfflinger class. 26,947 / 31,500 t, 26.7 kn. 8 × 30.5 cm, 14 × 15 cm, 8 × 8.8 cm guns, 4 torpedo tubes. Crew of 1,182. Commissioned 1917, never engaged in combat. Scuttled at Scapa Flow on 21 June 1919. Raised in 1930 and scrapped.
